    We fill the gaps, confirm where your form submissions go, and set the launch date. The launch clock starts here, not on the day you order.

    The site gets built

    7 days on Deck, 10 on Ridge, 15 on Peak. You see it before anybody else does.

  4. Launch day

    You approve it and it goes live

    Normally the $697 build fee would be invoiced at this point, after you confirm you are happy. While the waiver is open it is not invoiced at all.

Answer: six things, all of which you already have. None of them have to be ready before you order.

  • The towns you work and the services you offer in each of them

  • Photos of finished jobs, before and after where you have them

  • Your logo and brand colors, or a free hand to pick them

  • The inbox or CRM that estimate requests should land in

  • Licence numbers, manufacturer certifications and warranty terms you want shown

  • Your current domain, if you have one. Otherwise we register one in your name

Why this has a date on it and not a ticking clock

Answer: the waiver runs until December 31, 2026 and then the $697 build fee goes back on the invoice. That is the whole of the urgency. There is no countdown that resets when you reload the page, because a deadline that moves is not a deadline.

What you are agreeing to

  • The monthly plan starts when you order

    Your plan is a monthly subscription, charged through Stripe on the day you order and renewing monthly. The build fee is never part of that charge, and while the waiver runs until December 31, 2026 it is not invoiced at all.

  • 5 revisions a month, any size

    Each one completed in 2 to 5 working days. Beyond five it is a flat $20 per revision, never hourly billing.

  • Plain terms, written down

    All sales are final apart from a duplicate or incorrect charge we made, reported within 30 days. Cancel with 2 business days of notice before your renewal date.

Questions people ask before ordering

What does the waived build fee actually save me?

The $697 one-time build fee, in full. It is the only one-time cost in the offer, so ordering while the waiver is open means the monthly plan price is the whole cost of getting a roofing website built, launched and managed.

When does the build fee waiver end?

December 31, 2026. Orders placed on or before that date are built with no build fee invoiced at any point, including after launch. From the day after, the $697 fee is invoiced again in the normal way once your site is live and approved.

What is charged when I order?

The first month of the plan you pick, and nothing else. Plans are a monthly subscription paid by card through Stripe, renewing every month from the day you order: $127 on Deck, $267 on Ridge, $647 on Peak. The one-time build fee is never added at checkout.

Is the monthly price different because the build fee is waived?

No. The monthly plan prices are unchanged: $127 on Deck, $267 on Ridge, $647 on Peak. The waiver removes the one-time fee and touches nothing else.

How soon is my roofing site live after I order?

7 days on Deck, 10 on Ridge and 15 on Peak. The clock starts at your onboarding call rather than the moment you order, so getting the onboarding form back the same day is what makes it fast.

Can I change plan after I order?

Yes. Move up or down at any time and the change takes effect on your next billing cycle. Moving up to Ridge or Peak later does not re-trigger a build fee.

What if I order and then want a refund?

All sales are final. The exception is a duplicate or incorrect charge that we made: email us within 30 days with the invoice number and we verify it against our records and refund the difference. The full policy is on the refund policy page.

Do I need to have my content ready before I order?

No. Ordering starts the process; the onboarding form is where the details go, and you can complete it after you order. The only thing worth having to hand is your list of towns and services, because that is what the page structure is built from.

Who owns the site and the domain?

You do. The domain is registered in your name, and if you ever leave we transfer it at no charge and provide an export of your content and articles within 14 days of your final day of service.
