Roofing website plans from $127 a month, live in 7 days

Three plans for roofing contractors from $127 a month plus a $697 one-time build fee, with weekly articles and managed hosting included. Domain and hosting are included. All sales are final except a duplicate or incorrect charge reported within 30 days.

The five problems this plan is built to fix

  • The site is slow on a job-site phone

Page-builder plugins pile up and every one of them slows the page a customer is standing outside trying to load.

  • One page tries to cover every town

A single "service area" paragraph gives a search engine nothing specific to rank for a town-level search.

  • The estimate form is too long

A form built for a desktop browser loses the phone visitor who wants to submit an address and move on.

  • Nothing changes during storm season

The highest-demand week of the year gets the same slow, generic site as every other week.

  • The site goes quiet after launch

No new pages, no new articles, and search visibility stalls the month after the site goes live.

Speed, guaranteed

Answer: every page is custom coded and served from the edge, with a 90+ PageSpeed guarantee checked on an ongoing basis, not just at launch.

  • Every page custom coded, no page-builder bloat

  • 90+ PageSpeed guaranteed on mobile and desktop, checked on an ongoing basis

  • Served from Cloudflare's global edge with unmetered bandwidth

Built to rank in your towns

Answer: a page for every town and service you offer, plus weekly researched articles, is what gives search engines something specific to rank.

  • A page for every town crossed with every service you offer there

  • 2 to 3 researched articles a week, 2,500 to 3,200 words each

  • Schema markup matched to each page type, not blanket tags everywhere

What is in every plan

  • A custom-coded, fully managed website

Home, about, service pages, town pages, gallery, estimate form and legal pages, built and hosted for you.

  • A page for every town and service

Built during onboarding from your list, expanded any time as a revision.

  • Weekly researched articles

2 to 3 a week depending on tier, each 2,500 to 3,200 words, sourced and cited.

  • 5 revisions a month

Any size, completed within 2 to 5 working days, then $20 flat per additional revision.

  • One domain, included free

Registered in your name for as long as your plan is active, or we point an existing one.

  • Managed hosting

Cloudflare hosting with SSL, CDN, DDoS protection and unmetered bandwidth, never billed separately.

  • Storm response mode

A site-wide banner and shortened form your team can switch on and off as a revision.

  • A client portal from day one

Request revisions, raise tickets, send files and message the team, all in one place.

What the weekly articles actually cover

Answer: sourced, roofing-specific topics written for your service area, never generic home-improvement filler or an invented statistic.

  • Roof type and material comparisons written for your service area
  • Storm damage and inspection explainers, sourced and general in nature
  • Maintenance and warranty guides for the roof systems you install
  • Town-specific pieces tied to the service area pages you already have

What counts as a revision

Answer: any single change request, of any size, and there is no cap on how large one request can be.

  • A new town or service page

  • New before and after project photos

  • A colour, copy or logo change

  • Turning storm response mode on or off

What we do every week without you asking

  • New researched articles published on schedule

  • PageSpeed checked and fixed if it slips below 90

  • Hosting, SSL and security monitored on our side

Common objections, answered

What if we need more than 5 revisions in a month?

Additional revisions are a flat $20 each, with no cap and no hourly billing. Most months, five is plenty for ongoing changes.

What if our current site already ranks for some searches?

We build a redirect map before anything old comes down, so existing rankings and inbound links carry over to the new URLs rather than being lost in the switch.

What happens if we outgrow Deck and want the AI Engine later?

You can move up to Ridge or Peak at any time; the change takes effect on your next billing cycle and we configure the new features as a standard onboarding step.

Pricing and billing questions

How long until my roofing site is live?

7 days on Deck, 10 on Ridge while the AI agents are trained on your business, and 15 on Peak with the content engine set up. The clock starts at your onboarding call, not the day you pay, so the sooner your onboarding form is in, the sooner the site is live.

Do you write roofing advice or handle insurance claims for us?

No. We are a website design and management company, not a licensed roofing contractor, insurance adjuster or construction firm. Everything we publish about roofing systems, storm damage or claims is general, sourced information written for search visibility, never a substitute for your own professional judgment on a specific roof.

Do you guarantee we will rank for our service area?

We guarantee a Google PageSpeed score of 90+ on the pages we build and host. Search rankings depend on many factors outside a website alone, including competition in your area and how established your business is online, so we do not guarantee a specific ranking position, but the service area pages, articles and speed work are all built specifically to compete for it.

What happens straight after I buy?

You fill in the onboarding form and submit it. It asks for the towns and services you cover, your roof types and materials, your brand, your domain and where estimate requests should land, and it takes about 15 minutes. If something is missing, submit anyway: you can send the rest by email or raise it as a ticket in your client portal, and it will not hold up the build. We then run one onboarding call to fill any gaps and agree the launch date.

What is the client portal?

It is your account with us, and you get it the day your site goes live. From the portal you request revisions, raise a support ticket for anything that needs attention, send us job site photos or files you still owe us, and message our team directly. Everything to do with your site runs through it, so nothing gets lost in an inbox. You never log in to the website itself; we handle that side.

Do I need photos of finished jobs before we launch?

It helps but is not required. If you have photos, send them through the onboarding form or your client portal and we build the before and after gallery from them. If you do not have photos ready yet, we launch with the pages and structure in place and add the gallery as a revision once you send them, at no extra charge.

What counts as a revision, and what happens after five?

A revision is any change request you send, and there is no limit on how much goes into one. A new service area page, an updated roof type, a different set of project photos, a colour change: each is one revision. So is something much larger. "Build three new town pages and add this gallery," sent together, is one revision, not four. 5 are included every month. After the fifth, each additional revision is a flat $20, with no cap on how many you can buy and no hourly billing anywhere. Every revision is completed within 2 to 5 working days, whatever the size.

How do I actually request a change?

Raise it in your client portal. You describe the change, attach anything we need such as job photos or updated service details, and it lands with the team as a tracked request so you can see where it is. You can also email us or reply to any thread with our team, and we log it for you. Unused revisions do not roll over to the next month.

Can storm response mode count as a single revision?

Yes. Turning the storm banner and shortened estimate form on, and turning it back off once the surge passes, counts as revisions like any other change, completed within 2 to 5 working days.

What kind of articles do you actually write?

Sourced, specific articles about roofing topics that matter to homeowners and property managers in your service area: signs a roof needs replacing, what to expect from a storm damage inspection, the difference between roofing materials, or how a maintenance plan works. Deck and Ridge publish 2 a week; Peak publishes 2, each 2,500 to 3,200 words.

Do you ever make up statistics to fill out an article?

Never. Every statistic, percentage or figure in an article carries a citation to a real, reputable source. If a number cannot be sourced, it is either left out or clearly labelled as an example rather than a fact.

Can we choose the topics ourselves?

Yes. Send topic requests, target towns or seasonal themes such as pre-winter gutter maintenance through your client portal at any time, and they go into the schedule alongside the topics we identify from search demand in your area.

What does the AI Engine do for a roofing company specifically?

On Ridge and Peak, a missed call gets an automatic text back within a minute, a chat widget answers common questions about the services and towns you cover, and simple appointment requests get booked onto your calendar without a person touching them first. It is built to acknowledge a caller fast and route the details to your team, since a roofer on a ladder cannot answer a phone.

Will the AI Engine ever quote a price or give roofing advice?

No. It is configured to describe your business, answer general questions and collect enquiry details, never to quote a price, diagnose a roof problem or give advice that belongs to a licensed professional. Anything that needs judgment is handed to a person on your team.

How is AI usage billed?

The AI Engine itself is included in the Ridge and Peak monthly fee. Usage, meaning the actual minutes and messages the AI handles, is billed monthly in arrears at what our providers charge us, passed through with no markup.

Is hosting an extra cost?

No. Hosting is included in the monthly fee and never billed separately. Your site runs on Cloudflare's global network with SSL, CDN, DDoS protection and unmetered bandwidth included. There is no hosting invoice, no SSL renewal, no bandwidth overage even during a storm-driven traffic spike, and no surprise line item in month four.

What happens to the site if we get a surge in traffic after a storm?

Unmetered bandwidth and Cloudflare's global edge network mean a traffic spike after a regional storm does not slow the site down or generate an overage charge. This is exactly the situation the hosting is built to absorb.

Do I have to pay for a domain?

No. One domain is included free for as long as your plan is active, registered in your name through Cloudflare Registrar or Spaceship, so you own it outright. If you already have a domain we point it at the new site instead and nothing changes for people who know your current address. If you ever leave, tell us where to send the domain and we transfer it at no charge.

Can we use a domain we already own for a specific service area?

Yes. If you already run a domain for a specific brand or region, we can point it at the matching pages on the new site, or discuss the structure that makes the most sense for your service areas during onboarding.

We already have a roofing website. What happens to it?

We review your current site during onboarding, migrate the pages worth keeping, such as your existing service area pages and reviews if you have them written up, and set up redirects from your old URLs to the new ones so any existing search rankings and inbound links are not lost. Nothing goes offline until the new site is approved and ready.

Will we lose our current search rankings during the switch?

The goal of the redirect process is exactly to prevent that. Old URLs point to their new equivalents so search engines and any links pointing at your old pages carry over to the new site rather than hitting a dead page.

What do I actually pay, and when?

You pay the monthly fee for the tier you choose up front: $127, $267 plus AI usage, or $647 a month. The $697 one-time build fee is invoiced only after your site is live and you are satisfied with it. Domain and hosting are inside the monthly figure.

How do I cancel, and how much notice do you need?

Email us and say you want to cancel. Your message must reach us at least 2 business days before your next invoice date, during business hours, which are 9:00 to 17:00 Central Time, Monday to Friday. A message sent outside those hours counts from the start of the next business day, so a weekend email does not give 2 business days of notice for an invoice due Monday or Tuesday. With valid notice, no further invoice is raised and your site runs to the end of the month you have paid for. With late notice, the next invoice is charged as normal and the cancellation takes effect at the end of that month.

Do you offer refunds?

No. All sales are final, and that includes monthly fees, the build fee, extra revisions and any cost we pass through at what our providers charge us. We do not refund for a change of mind or for a month you did not use. The one exception is a duplicate or incorrect charge made by our billing: tell us within 30 days and we correct it within 10 working days. The build fee is charged only after you have approved your site, which is exactly why it is not refundable afterwards.
