About GetRoofingWebsite

A website company for roofing contractors, and nothing else

GetRoofingWebsite builds, hosts, writes and maintains websites for roofing contractors across the United States, on one monthly fee from $127, with the $697 build fee invoiced only after your site is live and you have approved it. That is the whole business. We do not run ad campaigns, sell leads or install roofs.

How we work

One onboarding form and one call, a build measured in days rather than months, then a site that keeps changing: 5 revisions a month of any size completed within 2 to 5 working days, researched articles published every week, and hosting, security and speed watched on our side. Nobody at your roofing company logs in to fix anything, because that is the part we took off you.

Why we only build for roofing

Roofing sells in moments a general website misses: a homeowner comparing three companies the morning after a hail storm, a facilities manager scanning for a membrane system, a crew lead on a ladder who cannot answer the phone. Storm response mode, the town-by-town pages, the address-first estimate form and the AI receptionist all exist because those are the exact moments roofing websites fail.

What a client actually gets from us, week to week

Answer: a site that keeps moving. Articles go up, pages get added, speed is checked, and whatever you asked for last week is live this week.

  • New researched articles published on your schedule
  • PageSpeed checked, and fixed on our time if it slipped
  • Hosting, SSL and security monitored on our side
  • Your revision requests built and published

What we hold to, including the uncomfortable parts

  • Say the awkward part out loud

All sales are final. The cancellation notice period is strict because billing is automatic. The build fee is invoiced after launch and is not refundable afterwards. Those are on the pricing page, the terms and this one, in the same words, because a buyer who finds a surprise in month two never becomes a long client.

  • Guarantee only what we control

We guarantee 90+ PageSpeed because it is ours to fix, and we guarantee your site starts ranking for local searches in your area within 3 to 5 months or we keep doing the search work at no additional charge. We do not guarantee a position, a lead count or an AI assistant mentioning you, because none of those are in our hands.

  • Build for the phone in the driveway

Most roofing traffic is somebody standing outside, in daylight, on a weak signal, comparing three tabs. Every design decision on the sites we build is settled by that person rather than by how the page looks on a designer's monitor.

  • Nothing is held hostage

Your domain is registered in your name from day one and transferred free whenever you ask. Your content is yours, with an export inside 14 days of cancellation. The code and design we write stay ours, which is stated plainly rather than buried.

What we are not

We are not a licensed roofing contractor, roofing company or construction firm, not an insurance adjuster, and not a lead seller. We build and run the website. Everything your customers or an adjuster relies on you for stays entirely with you, and nothing on a site we build gives roofing, construction or claims advice in your place. The AI agents on the plans that carry them are configured the same way: they take details and book appointments, and they hand anything that needs judgment to a person at your business.

Who works on your site

  • Engineers who build every page by hand

No page-builder plugins, no purchased theme. Each site is custom coded so it stays fast as it grows to a hundred town pages.

  • Editors who research before they write

Every article and every claim on your site is sourced, checked and specific to roofing rather than general home-improvement filler.

  • A support team behind your client portal

Revisions, tickets and messages are answered by people, on a tracked turnaround of 2 to 5 working days.

Named team profiles and photographs go here once the owner supplies them. We would rather show three honest roles than invent a founder's biography, which is the same standard we apply to your site.

The standards we hold every site to

  • 90+ PageSpeed, guaranteed

Checked on an ongoing basis, not verified once at launch and then left to drift.

  • Every statistic cited

We never invent a percentage, a client count or a rating to make a page sound more convincing.

  • No fabricated service areas

A town gets a page because you genuinely work there, never because it might help a ranking.

  • We stay in our lane

We are not a licensed roofing contractor, roofing company or construction firm. Roofing decisions and professional judgment stay with you.

  • No invented reviews

The quotes on this site are real client reviews, attributed to the person who gave them, and no rating or review count is ever made up.

  • No hourly billing, anywhere

5 revisions a month of any size, then a flat $20 each. You always know the number before you ask.

Where we work

Roofing companies across the United States

The work is remote from the first call to the hundredth revision, so your state makes no difference to the build or the turnaround. Most of our conversations start in the hail and reroof markets, Texas, Florida, Georgia, Oklahoma, Colorado and North Carolina, and the rest of the United States is the same offer with different towns on the service area pages. Prices are in USD, dates and hours are Central Time, and the policy pages are written for a US business.

Talk to a person
  • Faris Abbasi

Call handling supervisor, rubber and felt flat roofing installer

    Tacoma, WA

The preparation page for roof repair visits works because it keeps its focus. It tells people what to have ready before we speak, without demanding everything up front. We include it in our first response as standard.
  • Malcolm Ashcroft

Business manager, local roofing repair crew

    Knoxville, TN

We took the wording about roof repair visits seriously, and I am glad we did. The boundaries are drawn clearly: what the site settles, and what our people still decide. Customers arrive with realistic expectations, which changes the whole tone of the first call.

The guarantee behind Deck, Ridge and Peak

A 90+ PageSpeed score on every page we build and host, or we fix it at no charge. Local rankings inside 3 to 5 months of launch, or we continue the search work at no additional charge until they arrive. The $697 build fee invoiced only after you have approved your live site, never before. The full wording, with its limits, is in the terms and conditions.

Questions about who you would be working with

Who actually builds the site?

Our own team: engineers who write the pages by hand, editors who research and write the articles, and support staff who answer your portal tickets. The work is not passed to a marketplace or a rotating set of contractors, which is the usual reason a site's quality drifts between the first month and the sixth.

Are you a roofing company?

No, and we say so on every page that could be misread. We are not a licensed roofing contractor, roofing company or construction firm. We build, host and maintain websites for roofing companies; every roofing judgment on a specific roof stays with you.

Do you work with roofers outside your own area?

Yes. Everything is done remotely, from the onboarding call to the revisions, so where you are in the United States makes no difference to the build or the turnaround.

Will you work with two roofers in the same town?

Tell us your market at onboarding and we will be straight with you about it. What we will never do is copy one client's copy, design or service area pages onto another's site, which is the practice that makes competing sites look identical.

What do you need from us to get started?

The onboarding form takes about 15 minutes: your towns, services, roof systems, brand assets, domain and where estimate requests should land. Anything missing can follow by email or through the portal without holding up the build.

How do we contact a person?

Email us or raise a ticket in your client portal. A person replies, and we do not run a phone tree.

What happens if we want to leave?

Cancel by email with the notice set out in the terms. We transfer your domain wherever you say at no charge and send an export of your content and articles within 14 days.

Why should we believe the guarantees?

Because they are written into the terms and conditions with their remedies and their limits, not just into the sales copy. Read that page before you buy; it says the same thing this one does.
