Refund policy

Why there is a build fee

Answer: the monthly plan pays for running the site. The build fee pays for the one-off work of making it, which happens once and is invoiced after your site is live and approved.

    What is worth keeping from your old site is migrated, and the old URLs are redirected so nothing you rank for is lost.

How paying works

    A secure Stripe checkout opens. Pay by card; your card details never touch our site.

  3. Step 3

    Receipt by email

    Stripe emails the receipt straight away, and we send a short confirmation.

  4. Done

    Nothing recurring

    It is one payment. Your monthly plan is billed separately and does not change.

Payments run on Stripe. Your card details go straight to Stripe and never reach this site. Read the refund policy and the terms and conditions before you pay.

Build fee questions

Is the build fee a subscription?

No. It is a single $697 payment, charged once. Nothing on this page sets up a recurring charge. Your monthly plan is a separate subscription that is billed on its own.

Do I need to pay a build fee?

Only if we have told you one is due. Plans started on or before December 31, 2026 have the build fee waived, so there is nothing to pay here. If you are not sure, email hello@getroofingwebsite.com before paying and we will check your order.

Why is the amount the same on every plan?

Because the build is the same on every plan. Deck, Ridge, Peak all get the same custom-coded site, town and service pages and launch checks. The plans differ in what runs every month afterwards, which is what the monthly price covers.

Is paying here safe?

Yes. The button opens a checkout hosted by Stripe, the card payment processor. Your card details go to Stripe over an encrypted connection and never reach our site or our team.

Can the build fee be refunded?

All sales are final. The one exception is a duplicate or incorrect charge that we made: email us within 30 days with the receipt and we verify it and refund the difference. The full policy is on the refund policy page.
