Black Friday questions
When exactly does the Black Friday price run?
From Tuesday November 24, 2026 to Monday November 30, 2026 inclusive, which is 7 days. Black Friday itself falls on Friday November 27, 2026, and the window closes on Monday, which is Cyber Monday. Orders placed inside those dates get the price; orders placed outside them do not.
What if I order before November 24, 2026 or after November 30, 2026?
Then the sale price does not apply. The 30% discount is added at checkout only to orders placed from Tuesday November 24, 2026 to Monday November 30, 2026. The same plan buttons work all year, and outside those dates they order at the standing monthly price: $127 on Deck, $267 on Ridge, $647 on Peak.
What is charged when I order?
The first month of the plan you pick, by card through a secure Stripe checkout, with the discount applied when the order is placed inside the sale week. The plan is a monthly subscription from the day you order. The one-time build fee is never added at checkout.
Does the waived build fee stack on top of the sale?
No, and this is the question worth reading twice. The $697 build-fee waiver is included in the Black Friday offer rather than added to it. You are not getting two separate discounts: you get 30% off your first 3 monthly invoices, and the one-time build fee is not invoiced. The waiver runs until December 31, 2026 on its own, so ordering in the sale week is what adds the monthly discount.
What do I pay from month 4?
The normal monthly price of the plan you chose: $127 on Deck, $267 on Ridge, $647 on Peak. The discount covers the first 3 invoices only, and there is no price rise afterwards to make up for it.
How much does the Black Friday price actually save?
Deck: $114.30 across the first 3 months plus the $697 build fee, so $811.30 in total. Ridge: $240.30 across the first 3 months plus the $697 build fee, so $937.30 in total. Peak: $582.30 across the first 3 months plus the $697 build fee, so $1,279.30 in total.
Do I have to launch during the sale week to get the price?
No. The order has to be placed inside the window; the build runs on its normal schedule after that. On Deck that is 7 days from your onboarding call, so an order placed on the last day of the sale is typically live inside the first fortnight of December.
Is this a worse deal than waiting for a bigger sale?
This is the only sale on the calendar and there is no second one behind it. Outside the window the monthly price is the standing price, and the build fee waiver ends on December 31, 2026, after which the $697 one-time fee returns.
Can I cancel if it is not working out?
Yes. Email us at least 2 business days before your renewal date and the next invoice is not charged. All sales are final, so payments already taken are not refunded except for a duplicate or incorrect charge we made. The refund and cancellation policy sets all of this out in plain English.
One week, one price, and then it goes back up
$88.90 a month on Deck for 3 months, $127 after that, and the $697 build fee off the invoice. Orders taken November 24, 2026 to November 30, 2026.
